I am always in the boat of giving the guy some time to show what he has. But this team is not even competitive anymore. And we have the talent to not be this big of a joke. I think a fresh voice is needed.....now.
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...

How can we be this bad?

Swallow your pride Henny and admit you made the mistake when you selected JV as coach. It was worth a gamble for a cheap coach but do your deeds and hire someone with EXPERIENCE and who can COACH!

I'm in shock as to how this team has just crumbled....

How stupid does a person have to be to say that he needs reward Dedmon for his effort and then the next game doesn't play him until the game is totally out of hand?! How stupid are you to not follow your own advice?! How bad has your players and staff tuned you out and ignore you to the point where you tune out the words that came out of your own mouth about what you yourself needs to do?!

JV is a super nice guy but he is a clown head coach. Its only a matter of days now I feel before he is sent packing. Hope he got his affairs in order and suitcase packed.

I'm gonna have to agree with you there. It totally feels like it's only a matter of time now.

@MagicInsider: Safe to say Jacque Vaughn is in trouble. Magic management "not happy at all." Source to Sentinel: "We won't settle for this."

@JoshuaBRobbins: The Magic haven't ruled out making an in-season coaching change.

Fire him during all star break, Adubato or Borrego should finish the season as interim.

End this misery already. This guy is a joke.

We should be in the playoff hunt in the awful East with any competent coach.

Well done to the 35 who opted to "wait abit"!

As for the 78 of us who wanted his arse fired at the start of the season think of this as a late Christmas present.

To the 19 of you who said he's doing a fine job and we should keep him...
