I am always in the boat of giving the guy some time to show what he has. But this team is not even competitive anymore. And we have the talent to not be this big of a joke. I think a fresh voice is needed.....now.

Swallow your pride Henny and admit you made the mistake when you selected JV as coach. It was worth a gamble for a cheap coach but do your deeds and hire someone with EXPERIENCE and who can COACH!

How stupid does a person have to be to say that he needs reward Dedmon for his effort and then the next game doesn't play him until the game is totally out of hand?! How stupid are you to not follow your own advice?!
