Cauley Stein would be our best option. Gives us rim protection and can move Vuc to the four. We'd dominate the glass and our defense would be top notch w Stein, Payton, Dipo, and AG. Big mistake if they take Stanley Johnson who will prob be a role player at best. No true need for him on this squad.

This would be my top ten list right now in terms on ranking and want.

1. Jahlil Okafor, Duke
2. Karl Towns, Kentucky
3. D'Angelo Russell, Ohio State
4. Stanley Johnson, Arizona
5. Justise Winslow, Duke
6. Kristaps, Prozingis, intl
7. Emmanuel Mudiay, intl
8. Mario Hezonja, intl
9. Willie Cauley-Stien, Kentucky
10. Bobby Portis, Arkansas

Can you please tell me why you're so high on Stanley Johnson? Dude doesn't impress me and I don't see a true need for him here.

We need one of the top three bigs: Okafor, Towns, or Stein. I would take Stein with the 5th pick in this draft.

If we miss on towns, I would contact Philly and try to trade for Noel

Stanley is a do all on the court in that he is a plus defender, rebounder, handles, okay shooter, distributor, and has the ability to take his man off the dribble. The need is all dependent on the coach and Henny; if they view AG as a power forward and we let Tobias walk then yes it is a clear need.

Justise Winslow had a huge game today as well did Okafor, now I'm watching Kaminsky and Dekker.

I cannot see a single PG in the 2nd round that would make this team. And Orlando already targets a much more projectable bench player in:

Or this guy:

Not even Gary Payton Jr(think Avery Bradley), Andrew Harrison(think Javaris Crittenton), Olivier Hanlan(think CJ McCollum), Keifer Sykes? You'd take Seth over those 4?

It is fine if Orlando drafts a PG in the 2nd round, but that player would not make the team.

Seth Curry is NBA ready.

Say we land a top 2 pick and offer our 2017 potential lottery pick (via Lakers)/ our 2017 1st round pick along with a few players for Anthony Davis, would the Pelicans do this?

Henny is going to take a PF, Vuc needs a shot blocker next to him. Shift AG down to SF.

Funny you say that, since its the second best professional basketball league in the world after the NBA.

massive gap in talent. Let's not act like this is soccer with EPL, Bundesliga, and La Liga all being nearly comparable.

We had a shot to pick up a guy like Mirotic last year lower in the draft and we didn't. HE CAN Play...that said the Spanish league is soft crap.

No we didn't Hennegan wasn't even our GM when Mirotic got drafted.

Anthony Davis currently has more value than Kevin Durant/Lebron James and actually has the most value in the league according to Grantland

The package you proposed will not even net us a top 10 talent in the league let alone the first.

Troll attempt?

If we go for wing at #5, I'm hoping we take a long hard look at Hezonja.

As much as I like the players we drafted, I dont think i can handle another wing with a questionable jump shot
