The Magic have signed Ramon Galloway.

It could be a signing for Erie though with him being cut soon.

So he gets signed yesterday, but waived today.

I might need someone to explain the point of this.

I don't know if this is the reason or not, but teams do have to sign a player and retain them on a certain date if they are to retain that player's rights while they play in the D-league.
