Was that about the same time you started a Praise Thread?

I'm not supporting I told you so's either, from either perspective.

I missed the first half but the sad thing is I couldn't even see any positives to take away from what I saw. The team just seems to have taken their foot off the gas on all levels. Hopefully they find the motivation to turn it back on soon.

I praised the bigs and the coach, while stating that the team still needed obvious improvements. At no point was I actually fooled into believeing that stretch was anything more than an aberration

Man this is bad. 2 losses by approx 50 points combined is a bad sign. This team's margin of error is low so they need to play really hard to have a chance and if they don't its a predictable blowout. Yea they can have some good offensive games here and there but its not the norm. The schedule has been easy until now and they have blown some home games and there is not enough offense to make up those losses.

I really want this team to be a winner but this is not a playoff team. I gotta keep myself from letting this team fool me again.

Wait, are you telling me he stopped playing Pokemon as well? Half assing all the time. That damn kid can't commit to anything.:nonono:

AND, it wasn't even the New 3DS, it was a beat to s*** launch model. Kid's a cheapass in addition to an awful basketball player.

Im terrified. By december 15 all hell will break loose. Hennigan will begin actively looking to make desperation trades to save his job, giving away young assets for mediocre players ( ala tobias for jennings/ilyasova) crippling us in the longterm for short term mild success.

This is just such a boring team to watch.. An upgrade at PG and SF could not be more apparent. And I don't mean Dragic and Gallinari. I mean this team needs someone worth watching.. I can't think of a less entertaining team in the league besides Brooklyn and Dallas.

Indiana is struggling... any chance PG demands a trade in the offseason?

They have nice team, they just didn't figure out yet. Main reason why they struggle is fact the he missed 6 games

Hornets are 40-18 since they got healthier in late January......that's a 57-win pace.

14-9 this season and tonight was their first game with a full rotation.

By saying that, you are stooping to that level, and even if the Magic go winless the rest of the season you will still be a negative nancy because you never gave this team a chance to even gel and you already decided to go with the glass half empty approach and spread your negativity on this board, I hope youre having fun being right in these losses tough.

Yeah so much fun watching this atrocious brand of basketball

And I gave them a chance... not my fault it took me one game to figure out that this team is extremely flawed.

After getting destroyed by 30 at home figured they'd want to come out tonight ready to go but nope 20 pt blowout. Too many guys with no heart or pride and playing roles they are not suited for. Get some guys in here that give a damn and play their assessment off. The losing would be at least somewhat tolerable then.

Winning flukey games to terrible teams and losing winnable games doesn't change the fact the roster is extremely flawed.

I don't care if we make the playoffs - we aren't winning the first round even if we get there.

Lol we might be the worst playoff team of all time. In fact, Lebron, Kyrie, and Love would average 24 mpg because we'd be down by so much at halftime that there would be no reason for them to play the second half.

Poor officiating + unfortunate bounces + terrible play from a few guys + really good Hornets defense = this loss. Vucevic has regressed badly defensively the last couple of games. Still... this team showed me too much on that road trip. Not time to panic yet.

Didn't play defense after the first quarter, kept giving up offensive rebounds that led to 3s, and we were bricking too many shots to keep up with their offense. Pretty much sums it up. Also, Biz hurt his shoulder and Vuc hurt his back in the 3rd quarter. Both guys had to go back to the locker room and were diagnosed with soreness, so possible we will be shorthanded tomorrow.

That's alright. I don't have an original launch model, but I don't have the new one either. I have an XL. The blue Pokemon X/Y XL, that is. You know what else I have? Not a girlfriend.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Regardless of this team being able to jell or not, you could already see that the team lacks a lot of talent. I don't see how team chemistry will help with this, when the problem is our offense and none of our players have shown anything that can break down opposing team's defense.

I think the sentiment where NEM is getting to is that this team is good enough to be a playoff team BUT not good enough to be a contender.

Which to me, is also a problem. As I don't see why we should settle for a mediocre treadmill team.
