It almost feels as if people who didn't watch the whole game and only watch highlights and/or a box score have swung the vote. Suggs had a decent lead yesterday some hours after the game, iirc. (not saying that Paolo earning the vest wouldn't be a valid opinion)

I legit thought you were explaining the case for the Suggs vote with the highlights angle, ngl. Highlights would focus in on those clutch buckets and dilute the impact of his play the rest of the game, helping Suggs not hurting him I'd think.

Honestly I thought Paolo was one of our worst players through three quarters yesterday, even if he ended up getting it done in the end.

He had some really boneheaded turnovers

There are two types of ways people vote on vest threads.

1- overall stat line. Yeah Paolo never leaves the floor and takes 15-20 shots a game. Everything runs through him. He is option #1 especially if Franz isn’t playing great. Almost to what feels like a detriment at times.

2- impact on the game. We aren’t having a vest thread without 3 3’s in the last 2 minutes of this game.

I’m not saying either way of voting is incorrect. People just pick and choose whenever it fits their agenda.

Paolo had 14 points in the 4th quarter. We don’t win without that as well. His impact was shown too.

I thought those who watched the entire game would be more likely to vote for Suggs.

Boxscore watchers Paolo.

Suggs literally won the game for us. This vest should be his, hands down.

The game isn't won in the clutch. The journey matters just as much.

Ok, so I didn't get to watch this one, so I am curious how everything played out. IG made it seem like that Brothers Wagner balled out. Paulo's statline looks good, and by the way you guys voted, it appears Jalen played great basketball. So anyone up to giving me a brief synopsis of the game please?

really? because I watched Suggs play like crap. Hitting those 3 3s saved him. BTW, after hitting 1 of those 3s, he committed a bad foul on George shooting a 3.

our 3 top players had some horrible plays this game that kept Utah in it, but they all had large parts in the win too.

For whatever its worth, all three of Suggs' made 3PT baskets in the final 2:50 of the game came when the Magic already had the lead.

Up 1 to go up 4.

Up 1 again to go up 4.

Up 4 to go up 7.

Yeah, thanks I watched the game.

Magic kept matching, building and losing leads with Markelle and Cole in the first 75% of the fourth quarter. Orlando was losing momentum as Jazz got hot with 3's with Paolo going inside. Game ended when Suggs came in and shut the door. He wins the vest if people aren't only looking at espn box scores without context.

Whatever, its not like it matters. Vote for whoever. People look at **** like +/- and total points scored more than anything else anyway. Defense isnt in the box score.

OK, and Paolo literally won the game against DET for us but Suggs took the vest instead. So Paolo wins it here, we right the previous wrong, and all is good in the world.

It's my favorite advanced stat.

Oh yeaH! :pityfool:

Watched highlights, listened in on the game. This was Paolo award to lose. The cost of greatness. If we lost, people would be blaming his "bonehead plays".

Both Suggs and Mo SWagner came to play last night and if anyone wants to vote for them they are welcome to.

I am still in awe of the player Paolo is becoming. He got my vote. No I won't change it. It's all the control I have in my life right now! :noway:
