Franz never reached 20pts against them - 14-19-17-14 pts and 3-19 3pt shooting.
Suggs also didnt shine offensively - 25 pts combined in 4 games, although he got injured in one of them.
Garland playe in 3 of the games, Cleveland lost 2 but he always had positive +/-.

There was not a single game played between those two teams where they even had all starters aveliable.
Imo most important things in this matchup will be:
- control of Donovan MItchell
- Mobley vs Isaac/Paolo
- how much can Allen impact our driving lines, vs how much him and Mobley will clog paint
- shooting in general
- defensive specialists impact ( Suggs vs Okoro on perimeter, Mobley vs Isaac below rim)
But to me,as i've said in point one, Mitchell is x factor, if guy is having good series, there is just so little you can do about it. You double him and they will dump ball to Garland to feed bigs, get open shooters etc, if he is struggling than you can actually beat them.

To be fair, the Cavs best stretch of the season came mostly when Garland and Mobley were both out injured.
Since 2009, we have seen only one NBA Finals series in which both No. 1 seeds won their conferences. That came all the way back in 2016. The No. 1 overall seed has not won a championship since the Golden State Warriors did so in 2017.

I guess we can agree to disagree then. The Eurobros era culminated in a .500 season and two trips to the playoffs. That is a failure to launch in my book.
To me a true rebuild isn't over until you are set to be a perennial playoff team for a long time, like I believe we are now.
