Points needed dependent on games played over the last 7.

Only 1 game played: needs to get to 50 points.
Play in 2: average 35ppg
Play in 3: average 30ppg
Play in 4: average 27.5ppg
Play in 5: average 26ppg
Play in 6: average 25ppg
Play in 7: average 24.3ppg

Baring injury, I would assume F-Wager plays in all 7 games. So: he would need to average 24.3ppg over those seven. I count 15 games he has exceeded 24 points (and three more at 24 points).

p.s. if Banchero fails to score another NBA point this season, he will still exceed 20.00 ppg !
(He was at 19.96 ppg last year)

In any case, seems unlikely that he'll average 25+ from here on out, though it is possible.

Yeah...this isn't a thing.

I'd also add that Franz can shoot. He'll be fine but maybe does have to "undo" some work that was done on his shot. I remember that he wasn't touted as much of a shooter coming in and TRoss, in a preseason interview, talked about how great a shooter Franz was. My vision is Franz settling in for a reliable career average of 17 or 18 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 4.5 apg - all done efficiently. A guard not yet on the team will be the second-leading scorer, but not necessarily as impactful overall as Franz or the 4th leading scorer (Suggs)...I just really think that's Franz' best spot...more than able to take over occasional games, but reliably contributing in many ways, on both ends. Paolo's a different animal - he will lead this team in scoring for a decade (unless we don't get him any backcourt help and he demands a trade

)...mix in Isaac and the rest and that's a contender before long.

IMO, Franz is more Pippen than Jordan, more Hedo than Dwight...and that's a really good thing.

Wow, I rarely bother to lookup individual stats and was thinking he is still close to Paolo, somewhere above 21 pts/game. Sadly, he is averaging 16 pts/game since All Star break. On a bright side, his defense was noticeably better in that period.

Well no thanks to soul I have confirmed that Jessica Alba is in fact married with children. Time does fly.

So now i'm just not seeing the correlation here. Is this SOUL way of saying that Franz has no chance to hit 20.00 ppg?

Or does @drsd have a better chance at Jessica Alba then I think?

This season: he has been at or above 24-points 18 times.

As there are 7-games left, I looked at a sliding window of 7 games. The red line is where F-Wagner aveaged more than the 24.3 ppg he needs to get to 20.00 ppg this season.

Interesting the rhythm of his scoring. Indeed it is the lack of the most recent expected hill that is why he is not currently at 20.00 ppg.
The punchline though is that F-Wagner has had 7-game runs this season with an above 24.3 ppg average.
