Jalen is averaging how many assists this year? 2.7 assists and 1.8 TOs. 2.7 is the lowest of his career.

Franz showing why he is a world champion. His confidence will only grow. There are glimpses of midrange game and his 3ball will be back for sure. Best player of his draft for sure.
Fultz returned favor for not trading him. Nice farewell tour.
Only positive from Paolo is that he let Franz be the man. I also thought he tried to concentrate and not be unhappy that we played better without him.
I thought about Garland but Suggs just ended his carrier.

The year Brunson broke out he started 61 games out of 79 in his last year in Dallas and was in his fourth year in the league typically the time when a guy starts to show the type of player they will be.

Monk has been in the league 7 years and has rarely started. The few games he started with the Lakers they got rid of him the next season. Dude only broke out as sixth man, he is not starter.

We might see some Paolo slander in the coming days, but in his defense: he still finished with 5 assists, 4 boards, 2 blocks, 1 steal (and 9 points, obviously). So at least he was finding some ways to make minor positive contributions. Also after racking up turnovers early, he did eventually cut that out. Also didn't step in the way of other players once they got it going and turned the game around for us.

Cleveland's defense adjusted to him an keyed on him more. Nothing more...Nothing less. He's definitely going to have to counter back in game 5.

Monk already broke out.

He has been significantly better the last two years than any other point in his career.

I’m not in love with signing him, but he’d be the most dynamic guard on the roster by quite a bit.

Huge plus, imo, is getting Franz rolling today and reminding everyone (maybe even Franz) that he's capable of that. We KNOW Paolo's got it. Now we have three confident, credible scorers heading back to CLE.
