Most of them disappear during the summer months and reappear around / after training camp. As the offseason drags on we always lose activity, just not that much to talk about.

Next summer I will be trying some new things, just thought of them 2 late to start now [well I might do a couple of them in the next week, bunched together to see the reaction].

I check in every now and then just to check the news. A majority of the topics don't interest me enough to post anymore.

Plus, I got a lot on my plate now and don't sit at my desk all day long anymore...

This is a real treat, folks. We've actually been able to snap a photograph of theThief in his annual summer hibernation...

I still can't figure that damn toy out.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

How long/many posts does it take to finally be considered a "regular poster"?

I think most of us come here to talk basketball, mostly about the Magic.

Except for Dwight, it seems like most of the players and members of management have been doing their best to be invisible since the end of the playoffs so there really hasn't been much to talk about. Regarding basketball, the only other thing to talk about has been basketball analysts' predictions and draft evaluations. And since that really is nothing more than their opinions, that hasn't provided much more to talk about.

Outside of basketball, take a look at the politics thread if you want to know why others haven't been posting. I hope the ugly and vicious tone in that thread doesn't continue into the season when we're trying to discuss basketball or I think you'll see a lot of regular posters disappear for good. And it won't be because they are any less interested in the Magic.

Don't know ... I'm still working on attaining that status myself.

It's all a popularity contest.
