Chris Quinn anyone?

Post#1 » by chunnyboy » Wed Jul 15, 2009 4:11 am

okay so i know i'm gonna be called a homer or too biased for ND and all, but how about chris quinn as a third string PG?

i'm sure he'll gladly take a contract around the $1M range and could be a young guy that competes against AJ for the backup spot. chris is also a 40% 3pt shooter and solid decision maker. that and he's smart, nice and wouldn't have to move that far considering he's in miami.

he averaged 5pts and 2assists and 1 3pt in less than 15 mins per game last season and was a part time starter the year before, i think for a $1M player, he'd be great value

i believe he's an UFA, and hasn't been offered anything yet... any takers?

I wouldn't mind. He can stroke the 3, pass the ball, and he's better than Tyronn Lue. And we need a back up pg.

maybe as a back up plan. But he doesn't play defense and has no real upside, what he's done so far is the best he'll be. I still like Robinson from our SL team. But then again its 3rd string, it only matters if someone goes down.

well if we're looking for a defensive PG i guess russell robinson is probably a better option,

i'm just saying quinn's got the tools to be a good backup for jameer and frankly, he's better than AJ
