87ers news: D-League 2014 Draft on 11/1 3:30pm ET

They've set the time for the D-League draft, for any of you following the 87ers.

Delaware doesn't even have a first round pick (which was the #1 pick) - because they traded it for the #6 pick which ended up being Norvel Pelle (now playing in Taiwan). They do have 3 2nd rounders, though due to a series of trades they made throughout the season. Although, since d-league contracts only last for 1 year, it's not quite the same importance. Either way, Delaware won't be picking until #19. Last year, anyone vaguely recognizable was gone after Round 1. I'll be looking forward to another year of Brandon Williams grabbing as many draft-eligible players he can again, and watching none of them pan out.
