Is Kenny Lofton for real?

He did finish the game (we knew that would happen), and then of course an injury report came out the following morning (we also knew that would happen). I'm hoping for the best. I think we can beat the Nets without Embiid on Sunday. Play-in starts on the 16th, playoffs start on the 20th. I think at this point, the sixth seed is important because it allows Embiid to rest. He did not look good running last night after halftime. At this point, it'll be whatever it's going to be. We're either bound for the play-in or we get the sixth seed. Embiid chose to come back and play, six games in and he's hurt again. Some of us didn't think it was a good idea for him to return but it doesn't matter now. Two weeks ago, I was fine with our impending fate. He returns, I get my hopes up and now they are tapering yet again. Obviously, we'll hope for the best, but we've seen this before.

Fwiw I believe he’s been questionable for every game since he came back. Just how they’ve been handling it, probably to avoid another fine in case he decides to sit at the last minute again.

He turned down a player option year for 37 million a decent little discount for the Celtics. Also, Im going to make a guess that Holiday probably could have signed a max contract for substantially more then 33.75 million per if he tested the free agent market. Must be nice to be the Celtics and have players give you big discounts lol. They are going to keep that insane 5 together because Porzingis and Holiday signed for less then they would have have been offered if they tested the free agent market. Again must be nice to be the Celtics!

Well run organizations are more likely to get those sweet commitments from players who want to win. Gotta tip your cap.

Grayson Allen got extended. Thought he could have been one of the better options as a FA guard signing this offseason.

Sucks that Brooklyn didn’t give Kevin Ollie a full season to make something out of the Nets.

Respect that the kid can hit the shot... but why in the world is he shooting step back threes? Dude is 7'4", who is blocking his shot?? Just ease into the three, big man. Watch Durant.

The whole post is misleading to a degree. It's impressive he can make them at that clip. But to his and Pop credit... He only took 52 this season. Guys like Luka or Tyrese must have taken hundreds

Has Willie Green aged since he last put a Sixer uniform on around 14 years ago?

If the Pelicans can’t beat the Lakers and/or gets swept, they need to make some serious changes.

Brandon Ingram is a fraudulent star. Keep him far away from here.

Keon Ellis being a solid role player in place of Monk really validates my “role player draft equation” for me. I fully acknowledge that I whiff constantly using this equation, but come on, Keon Ellis, lol? I’ll keep my head in the sand and keep believing it’s foolproof.

Keegan Murray 14pts in the first quarter. Kings up 31-22

This Warriors style offense is how we want our team to play on those non-Embiid minutes. But as you can see, you run do that if you dont have a Draymond Green or Looney setting illegal screens.

Roles:
Steph = Maxey
Klay = Hield
CP or Podz = Lowry or Payne
Wiggins = Tobi
Kuminga = Oubre

Klay being super washed also doesn't help.

he doesn't make it hard to swarm Curry anymore and he is mid at best on defense now

If you asked God for a sign if Klay will be a Sixer next year, you got your answer after his performance in tonight’s game
