He’s just playing too much. In reality he should be a 15-20 min a night spark bench scorer. Which he can do fairly well and has been an amazing value signing. Playing him 27 mins a night will reveal his flaws tho..

Start him, he's been great. He's essentially taken the role of what OG would be for Philly (to a lesser degree). Instant offensive decisions to shoot or drive and an athletic finisher.... Can also defend with size and athleticism. There are mistakes, but sometimes there aren't even he's focused.
On a minimum deal.

Oubre and essentially Batum replaced Harden on this roster.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. We're up two going into the 4th with 4 of our 5 starters missing. It's because we're defending well and we're getting in the paint on offense. I expect Denver to turn things up in the 4th and we're probably going to lose this game due to the lack of talent, but if we can play like this at full health or even with just a fully healthy Embiid, we're gonna make noise in the playoffs.

You clearly aren't watching the maddening mistakes he constantly makes on defense. Thankfully he has the ability to make up for it on offense....Once in a while.

But team plays totally different without Embiid. We all know Embiid is a ball stopper, while it works at times, the ball moves much more freely without him.

I'm not talking about offense nor is this an invitation to bash Embiid, but go ahead if it makes you feel better. I'm saying Oubre is terrible on defense at times and he simply doesn't have to be if he would just get in position, set his feet, rotate, and not gamble. Basically do all the things that ya know...Make you a good defender.

Nobody plays much defense nowadays, it's all about offense.

Pretty abysmal showing for Batum tonight…don’t expect him to step up as a volume scorer, but he’s done literally nothing all night. He’s a guy that has gotten way too much love. Shouldn’t be playing more than 15 mins a night for a team with championship aspirations

But that won't be an issue here, we don't have championship aspirations with this roster.

How is it that we don’t have Maxey, Embiid, or Tobias tonight? Also, why are the Nuggets struggling so hard with this borderline process level team at home right now?

For some reason Jokic usually has below average shooting percentages (for his standards) against us.

I wonder if this increases Reed's trade value.

I wonder if this will entice Nurse to play him with Embiid. God knows it would help with our rebounding issues.
