Thanks, Furkan: there were some highs and some lows, but mostly some mids. Seemed like he always wanted to leave the Sixers, except when he was a free agent.

Drafted, trade request, 4th year option declined, re-signed for a two year minimum then a two year 10M deal, then two more trade requests before finally being dealt. And then waived by Indy.

We'll always have Portland, Furk. Good luck in Europe.

A shooter who lost his ability to shoot. Once that happened 2 years ago, that was it. He has some nice complementary offensive skills, but they’re useless if he can’t shoot. So his destiny is to return to Europe. Can’t believe we drafted him 8 years ago.

At this point in The Process' history it's highly highly likely that Korkmaz will end up the 3rd longest tenured Sixer in that era after Embiid and Maxey.

I've always liked the flair with which he played with when the confidence was flowing. However, without the shooting, not a winning player. Does anyone still have a link to the offseason hype video that was from a couple years ago? That was pure gold.
