With the Knicks playing only 7 players, they can't afford to have any guys in foul trouble.

I have faith that the team will do everything to even the series tonight... But, if in any case we don't, let's make sure we at least go out punching in front of the Philly faithful, and not the Knicks crowd, please..

In other words - Philly folks, get your as*** to the arena today!

Even if you guys dont have money to go to the game, wait outside of the stadium and give a beatdown on their smug fans after the game, that they will never forget. Atleast that is what would happen in my country ( brazil). Thinking about it, maybe thats why i live in a 3rd world country

Harris had to have been embarrassed seeing that go on at game 4. The fact that it would bother him is a good thing.

I'm torn because it's just a PR salvage move but hopefully will make a difference having fans there who can't/won't buy tix normally. Usually the passion comes from the top bowl, while the pink hats and social status attendees fill the best seats.

No doubt, but it was disturbing seeing Knick fans dominating the lower bowl. I'm guessing a lot of corporate giveaways to NY clients, and some people making bank on a hot ticket. Either way, it sucks.

I doubt it was corporate giveaways to clients. As a sixers fan in New York, I have a pretty good pulse on both fanbases. The Knicks fanbase is starved and rabid for playoff success. The sixers fanbase is experiencing it's 5th or 6th year in a row of groundhog day. So that's the sentiment part. Then there are market forces at play: playoff tickets at MSG are 3 to 4 times more expensive—at every price tier—than at the Wells Fargo center. So many Knicks fans were delighted to take a quick ride down to Philly to save literally thousands of dollars by attending a road game, and many sixers ticket holders were understandably happy to make hundreds if not thousands of dollars as a result.

Don't discount the psychological trauma of being up 6-7 points with 25 seconds to go and then losing in overtime at home, and then having to fight again on the road when you could've ended the series at home instead.

The Knicks are a young team that might come out a little shell-shocked tonight. It's up to the older 76ers team to put them away at home.
Truth is on the side of the oppressed.

Also for those that live in north jersey not that much more difficult to WFC than MSG.

Sort of how eagles fans always take over Giants games. Even when the giants were good two years ago there were still lots of Eagles fans. It’s a pain for anyone that actually lives in NYC let alone Long Island to get to MetLife and it’s a pretty simple drive from the Philly area especially south jersey.

So annoying but that is peak viewing time, as they can get the west coast audience as well. Putting the Sixers on at 6:30 (3:30 PST) wouldn’t allow the largest audience to see the premium game. New York and Philly are huge markets, and Giannis and Lillard are prob out for Milwaukee, so they are losing star power. I guess putting them on at the same time isn’t an option. The schedule sucks.

Those are excellent points, and explain a lot.

Knicks

Scott Foster: 4-2
Bill Kennedy: 2-3
Mark Lindsay: 2-1

Overall: 8-5
---

Sixers

Scott Foster: 4-0
Bill Kennedy: 2-1
Mark Lindsay: 1-1

Overall: 7-2

This, plus Ron Brooks is singing the National Anthem, and we will not be using those cursed red jerseys for the rest of the series.

With this really fun caveat!
