What a disaster, both my MLS team and Mexican team eliminated in the group stage. Real Salt Lake failed to score in a game i felt they dominated. I knew that first loss was going to bite us in the ass in the end. As for Chivas, they had their game versus Xelaju under control and up 2-0, they lucked out with a late goal and the 2-1 just wasnt enough. Oh well, i dont have to worry about the RSL-Chivas game i was worried about happening.

Chivas loss doesn't mean much really, they are a very young team will be getting better. It's RSL who i think is ready to start blowing up this core. Twitter was saying that management was really depending on the extra money from qualifying to help keep this team together. It's MLS Cup or Bust for RSL.

I hate rooting Sounders and Galaxy, so ill be rooting for Houston to bring MLS the first CCL championship, but a Monterrey-Tigres final would be awesome for the city of Monterrey.

This Yedlin kid is really good. What a great pick up by the Sounders. They just picked up their third goal from Eddie Johnson! Tigres screwed themselves over with that halftime red card!

I thought Sounders played well in the first half for what they had. Most of their best players sat out with injuries. Yedlin has been amazing so far, very impressed with him this year.

Nicholas Muñoz scored four goals against the Galaxy today in a 12 minutes span. (29', 31', 33', 41) and Cudicini wasn't even on the pitch for it. Galaxy lose 4-0, drops seeding.
