Wow. Smh. At this point, Rodgers is not who I thought he was. He's been a massive disappointment this year.

its his first time around managing european football with domestic commitments so i'll give him a pass. But yeah , you gotta feel for the liverpool fans that traveled to madrid if thats the case.

Meh, you bet on Bayern in our signature bet. Does that mean you're a Bayern fan? No. I say betting like that is fine as long as you're still rooting for your team in your heart.

Honestly, rooting for your fantasy team players when they're playing against your team is way worse to me. There's no financial gain involved there so it just seems sad. Otherwise, who cares, if you can make a few bucks in this money centric world, then you should do it. I would have bet money on the Mavs last night if I could, doesn't mean I'm not a diehard Celtics fan.

Exactly, I'm going to support my team no matter what, but supporting them in a game where I have money placed AGAINST them just doesn't feel right.

Why? You really can't separate the two? Maybe I'm werid in that I can easily do so

That's my point though, I'll bet on-or-against teams that aren't my team, but I will never bet against Union...or the NT, Giants, Avs or Knicks. Even if I think there's a good chance Duwel gets us relegated and I know we can't beat Furth I won't bet against Union.

I also don't play fantasy sports.

It just creates a contradiction within me, I can't root against making money, and I can't root against my team. Thus I can't put money down against my team without it soiling the watching experience.

Zenits "stadium" looks so freaking old.

Wonder how much longer the construction of the new stadium will take. I think they started building a new one in 2007.

Roberto saved our ass last game against Juventus.

Our defense is still very shaky and I'll be shocked if we take a point away from Italy.

He's pretty good yeah. Great combination of technique, speed and a good shot.

Leverkusens best player probably.

for the love of god i can't understand why camdal plays instead of alex telles. he is probably the statistically worst passer in any european team.

Due to injuries Allegri opts to go 4-4-2
Asamoah on defense and Pirlo, Pogba, Marchisio, Vidal all starting. Morata up top with Tevez

do or die

So Rodgers is resting everyone? This could get ugly.

James resing today? I think it's the first rest day he gets in a while

dont know why rodgers not trying to get something today, however slim his chances might be. ludogerets and basel games are far from gimmes, in fact i would be mildly surprised if liverpool gets all three points in bulgaria.
