Ranieri it is.

I'm happy enough with that.

I don't like the change as continuity of style and process is important but after the sacking we could've ended up with much worse.

Ranieri can do well with crappy teams but destroy good teams

Hope is all we have!

The Owners wanted a name instead of the best man for the job.

I'd rather Ranieri than Hiddink but Neil Lennon was the one who should have been the new Leicester manager.

I don't know.

The Greece results I can ignore because managing a national side is nothing like a club side but I haven't followed his career since leaving Chelsea.

not sure where that leaves us :D

I just hope he sticks with our attacking brand of football and 3 at the back - I fear that he won't though.

How can the greatest team in the world drop off the first page?

Apparently we are in detailed talks for Charles Aranguiz, Gokhan Inler and N'Golo Kante amongst others.

I'd be over the moon with any 2 of those 3.

Woo hoo!!

That was fun.

Think we still need to play 3 across the back but our attack was terrifying.

New guys looked good and I'm sure we'll now get Inler and or Aranguiz.

We ARE top of the league!!!!

And Arsenal bottom. Image

Unless City or West Brom hammer or get hammered, looks like you'll still be there leading up to this week's fixtures.

I didn't watch the whole game but he actually looked pretty good and IIRC he also got the hockey assist to the 2nd goal

As an Italian, do you rate Ranieri?

Didnt Roma almost win the title with him ahead of Mourinho's Inter in 2010? He also did well for you guys to get your in the CL after Calciopoli. But he has been rubbish for Inter and Greece in his latest jobs.
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

Monaco has been much better off since firing him as well. When he was at Juve his initial success was due to the leadership of the guys who stayed, like Del Piero, Buffon, Nedved, Camoranesi, Chiellini....once some of these guys got old he was rightfully fired.
I think I mentioned earlier in this thread that he is a terrible choice for a team that wants to win a title, but he can over achieve with teams who are expected to finish in the bottom half of the table. With a team fighting for the title, he is overly cautious in his tactical approaches and too predictable with his substitutions. His teams are generally boring and he also seemed to be a poor motivator. He gets a little more brave when little is expected of his players, though.

He was awesome.

Chased everything down, has a great close control and brave.

He will be a Leicester City hero.

Leicester were terrifying on attack in the first half and played Italian defence in the second - after their goal.

Another great game to watch.
