Baphomet becomes Moderator of RealGM Soccer + NEW Special Rankings

Hello,

Just a couple of announcements that will help move this forum forward.

First, I would like to formally introduce Baphomet as the next RealGM Soccer Moderator of the General Soccer Board. As everyone knows he's already a leader of the community here and now he has the title that goes along with it. When it comes to creating discussion, growing the forum and making this a better place to talk football, I think he has some neat ideas that we'll talk about over the next few weeks.

I, along with kdawg32086 look forward to him joining the team, and hope the whole Soccer community of RealGM will help welcome him. He's going to be a great Mod. Oh, and pay comes every second Thursday.

I would also like to announce a new ranking title that Howard Mass will be introducing across RealGM as a whole. kdawg32086 came up with these special rank titles and together all three of us came forward with two very deserving people of the Soccer community of RealGM. These special rankings go to two real leaders of our soccer forum, two guys that have helped grow and shape our forums, and together I hope you can all congratulate them on their new titles.

Club Captain - German Soccer goes to Foye!!!

Club Captain - MLS Soccer goes to edfmx86!!!

Foye who is clearly a very knowledgeable member of our forum, will help lead, structure and create new discussion topics when it comes to German Soccer. He'll also be our eyes and ears on anything we may have missed. A true class act, and a well deserved title. I hope German Soccer fans will look to him as a proper captain.

edfmx86 I think personally if it wasn't for you the MLS Forum wouldn't exist. At times when MLS was just one thread sometimes it was just you and I going back and forth. You helped turn the MLS forum into what it is today, and while it's still a small community of posters, it wouldn't be anything at all without you. Another leader, and clearly a well deserved title.

5DOM was the best moderator I've come across in many years on RealGM. And Baphomet is a great replacement.

Thanks everybody! It's a great honour to moderate arguably (inarguably) the best board on RealGM. Frankly, there is such a high percentage of good posters on here that it's a small miracle that I became a mod. However, it proves that years of strategic sexual favours can pay off if you know what you're doing. I look forward to watching the next Turkey vs. Germany schism with great interest. I'd like to offer some congrats to the new captains, too.

Baph might just be the best mod Realgm ever had. Actually, he might be the GOAT mod of sports forums, couldn't have picked a better guy.

Going into this, I wanted someone very active to fill 5DOM's shoes.

Several Users were considered but in the end, Baphomet had everything myself and The Soccer Moderators were looking for.

It was also great to award special ranks to two great contributors in edfmx86 and Foye.

Congratulations to all of you!
