You´re welcome Foye. :) You really needed those 3 points.
I guess we´re save thanks to 3 unexpected points last week vs Wolfsburg. But this Hühnerhaufen would be in real trouble otherwise.

Thanks. Much needed win.

Like I said a couple weeks ago, this was one of the games I could’ve seen us winning given Frankfurt was more focussed on upcoming Bayern game than us...

You should quickly get rid of Ilsanker, though. That guy is an incredibly mediocre defender and wont score twice again lol.

Just one of many questionable moves this season. Not sure what they were trying to build here in the first place. We are investing way too much in the same type of players. It seems like we are just looking for "available" ones.

Good matchday for us. None of the bottom feeders won except for us.
Winning one of the remaining four might be enough to stay in the league. 4 points are almost certainly enough.

Better get that win against Augsburg next week. Otherwise we will be under immense pressure against Bremen in two weeks time.

Schreuder no more coach of TSG Hoffenheim!
Only four journeys left in this season, TSG Hoffenheim annouced the dismissal of coach Schreuder a few hours ago.
Different opinions concerning the team's future are reportedly the reasons for the decision.

Odd timing. Might've as well finished the season with him.

Rumors today that our team criticized the coaching staff for being too positive and not pointing out bad performances on the pitch as well as not preparing the team well enough about the opponent. Does not surprise me at all. Maybe we can take Schreuder for next year.

or maybe Kohfeldt...
I also think that mainz could change the coach after this season.
Is a comeback by Schwaz also possible? Under the current coach i can't see any improvements...

Not a fan of Kohfeldt. Just can't stand him and his behaviour.

Don't think a comeback from Schwarz is possible and I wouldn't want him either. In hindsight, he was a little better than Beierlorzer because at least he had a vision how he wanted to play football with Mainz. However, his vision was not very good and he had to be gone sooner than later.

Pretty important game for us against Augsburg on Sunday. Loss and we will be in deep sh*t if Bremen wins against Paderborn. Draw might be okay. Win and we have basically secured at least the relegation spot.

This game in Paderborn could be really a little decision about his future in Bremen. I don't think he will remain as coach in second league, i rather believe he stays in this league and instead changes his employer.

I am rooting for Paderborn for sure.

If Werder stumble in this game, that will certainly take pressure off us on the second last match day.

And between that game and the game against Mainz, they have to compete against Bayern, in that current shape.

Good news is that Lewa and Müller are both out with the 5th yellow tomorrow against Gladbach. Meaning they'll certainly play against Bremen and they might have the opportunity to lock up the title in that game.

Either way, we still need to collect some points, preferably on Sunday.

That was a big chance for Augsburg to avoid the relegation.
Congrats!
