His defensive intensity is really impressive. If he can get his shot down he will be a really good player very soon.

Remember the good ol days when Suns were good? Remember when Suns could easily put up 120+ every game. Remember when we had Amare, Richardson, Marion, K. Thomas, Dragic? Amundson, Tim Thomas, J. Johnson, Q. Richardson, Boris Diaw? I remember. :( This is so frustrating how badly they suck now. Makes me really appreciate some teams that drafted well and now are playing great.

I give Atlanta Hawks props, for the last 3 or 4 years they were decent and didn't do much in the playoffs. But they kept most of the same players over those years and are pretty good this year. Why coudn't Suns freaking do that.

I'd rather be the Suns then the Hawks. They're so much farther from then having potential. We have something most rebuilding teams don't: An actual young and athletic front line. 2 years of team building and free agents/trades/drafts, and we'll be right back at it again (with a totally different style). The SSOL suns died 3 years ago. It's just taken a long time for people to realize that.

Gortat/Lopez
Frye/Morris ... Seriously an interesting 4/5 combo to develop further.

I really liked what Price brought today. Can we ditch Telfair already please? :p Yes I know he hit a 3 and even hit Gortat nicely on a pick and roll but I still cringe every second he is on the floor..I just dont like the guy.

There's a way to spin a Nash trae that would work for both the FO and Steve - "Steve came to us and said, look, you're trapped here in the mid-lower ranks and as long as you have me you can't really start rebuilding. We're just postponing the inevitable and going nowhere. So trade me for youth and picks - I'm willing to go for the long term good of the Suns"

Steve looks like a hero, FO obliges him with tears in their eyes, yadda yadda

I couldn't' watch he game. My eyes just glazed over. See you in Texas

We toss 10-15 more 'L's on the board, both sides will soften... and GMs will begin calling/circling. A decent offer rolls in for both Nash and Hill... front orfice runs it by them... done deal.

Once it becomes apparent that the attempts to rebuild and compete are not in lockstep, we have little choice but to consider all options. (and by apparent I mean reduced ticket sales and not a glimmer hope for playoffs)

Its either ink up an extension for Nash soon, can the mystery, or march on soldier.

You see, if an extension is what Nash wanted, it would already be done. But he doesn't trust the pathway ahead. Bumpy road and bad weather forecasted.

Furthermore, this 'sunmoonstars' Babby-ling schlock is lipservice right out of the 'Kerr-plunk Crowd Control' manual. And its to the 'casual' fan he utters such nonsense. We continue to lose, and before long, he'll be making the inquiry calls. There is no bad guy here... just one already labeled a JackAss

I will never get over us not resigning Lou, instead we signed Warrick for over double the price of Lou.

Nash/Price
Johnson/Redd
Hill/Dudley
Amare/Lou
Gortat/Thomas

So i find this a little weird.

Image

So both our vets might not play against the Spurs........Hmmmmmmmmmm......

And whats this BS about, "If this were the payoffs, they both could have played" ? The PLAYOFFS?!?!? Really????

Im wondering if there is something happening behind the scenes that we do not know about yet. Both sit out against the lowly Nets... a NY Boardsman ask if they are out because of the "trade rumors", Then find out that it wasnt Grants knee like it was reported everywhere, but a strained quad, and he might not play on Sunday, and Nash, who was reported with bruised ribs (which i thought healed a week ago) might not play Sunday either.

Weird. Sounds kinda fishy to me. :-?
