Hopefully we don't sign Dragic, and if Gordon goes to Hornets, will go after TWilliams, NOT Mayo.

I like it, we'll suck, top3 bottom team, but Beas can be a star.

Yup.
Unrestricted, so no other team to match.
Marc Stein: Just going up online: Michael Beasley has committed to sign with Phoenix Suns on a three-year, $18 mil, sources close to situation tell ESPN
Unrestricted, so no other team to match.

Re: We landed Beasley
I like this deal a lot. He has a TON of upside if he focuses himself. Gentry with a young Lamar Odom comes to mind with Beasley on our roster.
I still would rather us go after Mayo instead of Dragic and let the young kid develop on the fly.
Any word if the 2015 pick from LA is lottery protected?

Well that makes me feel a little better... Now just get Gordon and forget about this Steve Nash douche.

**** off.
I've been in favor of this. PHX is in a position where it can gamble. 23 yrs old, former #2 pick. Freedom. Not looking over his shoulder of one of those 17 PFs coming in from Minnesota or not on a team that never wanted in him first place in Miami. I know he's more capable than he's shown. I also trust Gentry.

Good luck to Beas from a Wolves fan. He's a very likeable guy and I'm sure the Phoenix fans will like him. He was a 2nd overall pick and he definately has the talent to back that up, hope you get it out of him.

Re: We landed Beasley
Solid signing. Beasley is best served playing PF as he did at K State. If nothing else he is a scorer who is young and should get tons of PT and if he focuses on basketball rather than salivating at the fact he is a quick plane ride from Cali and all of the marijuana shops, this could work out well for you guys. Since New Orleans will match Gordon's contract, I think Courtney Lee would be a great fit and he would be cheaper than Mayo. I hope it works out as you have a good fan base, although the national media likes to take jabs at Suns fans from time to time.

Re: We landed Beasley
Good on the Suns, we need talent even if that talent is ripped to hell 24/7.
