Windhorst is definitely an insider! He's dished out a lot of dirt on the Cavs in particular.

Stein's always got those tweets.

Only one we can't dispute is Woj. Honestly, Elhassan is an unabashed hater. Definitely disturbing.

If they're not insiders, who is? Inform me.

 Those guys are not insiders...they are some of the worst.

At least you don't have to watch Windhorst's awkward hand movements.

Bill Simmons with Tom Thibodeau. Great episode. Suns get mentioned (briefly) in the middle. Well worth a listen.

Do you remember exactly when that was? I have listened to many parts of this but heard mostly either USA basketball talk or Celtics/Lakers 2008 talk.....I've been checking at different times to find when they talked about it, but haven't come across it yet.

It's a quick reference. They are talking about comparing teams across eras--specifically the championship Celtics roster that featured Thibodeau as the defensive guru versus the current Warriors. They were discussing how the circa-2003 rule changes led to the D'Antoni-Nash Suns, which, in turn, led to the modern GSW juggernaut.

NBA Lockdown discussing the Hornacek firing. Featuring a bonus unintentional burn of McD. Sedano refers to him as Phoenix's assistant general manager, which may actually be true considering the extent of Sarver's meddling with this team over the years.

Can someone tell me.

WHAT THE **** IS THE VERTICAL?

Yahoo NBA mentions it randomly and have no clue and it drives me nuts and it's a stupid name that doesn't indicate anything.

Scalabrine is another Woj has recruited to join his site.

I believe The Vertical pod is linked to the site he keeps mentioning for the same name - it isn't up yet but sounds like it's going to be a pretty good hub of info...

Lee Jenkins did an Earl Watson pod this week as well. He's taken over Mannix's gig at SI.

I love how Haralabos Voulgaris goes off on Sarver at about the 1:10 mark on Simmons' latest podcast.

The latest Bill Simmons podcast pretty good. Not too far into it but funny he mentions that Boogie stopped following him on twitter and blocked Zach Lowe.

Good listen. I know not everything has gone perfectly but I honestly am happy with our GM. I feel confident he will continue to try and get us in the position we need to be in to get back to not only relevance but a championship caliber team.
