I expect someone like Luka to be in that club sooner rather than later. Dude has the talent and opportunity to do something like that. Now that someone else has gotten into the club, wouldn't surprise me to see Luka try and gun for it too

The arbitrary 70 pt club? I think Kobe would refer to his club as the 80 pt club.

Some Suns fans are ridiculous trying to minimize Mitchell. I saw one guy make a post that if Booker would have stayed in his 51 pt game through 3 qtrs, at his current pace of scoring per minute, he would have outscored Mitchell.

Then in another post he had a list of most points in 3 quarters this season.

I kind of hate arbitrary lists and cut offs for purposes such as that. Evan Sidery used to make a lot of weird lists like that.

I don't mind if they are more general stats like the NBA might show on a telecast, but not some of these you see on twitter.

I honestly think a lot of Suns fans take Book for granted. His weaknesses and infamously bad games gets put under a microscope and becomes part of the narrative downplaying his greatness but man...the guy already has five 40pt+ games in the playoffs, that's across 31 playoff games. For context, in almost 150 playoff games, James Harden has 9. Just goes to show how difficult big games are even for elite scorers, especially in the post season.

Not to mention, he's homegrown talent

In addition to a league-leading 34.8 PPG, Devin Booker is averaging 4 Stocks (Steals + Blocks) per game in this series...here's just a sample of his defense.

I can't believe the level he's at right now honestly.

Yeah, he has really stepped up his overall game. He was always great, particularly the last few years, but the defense and consistent hustle on that side he's show is really impressive. Efficiency great too.
