I know it's just a preseason game, but Grayson Allen made me happier in this one game than the whole last season of Ayton.

You make some strange comments given you just became a "Suns fan" when we got KD.

"Dont make it not true" ~Lincoln Osiris

I'm sure it is. Likely didn't watch much Suns last year except the KD games. Trying hard to fit in and join the crowd it seems.

Aside from Ayton bashing being old...it was old long before he was gone....but I can understand more for those who had to watch him for so long and get frustated SO much. But someone who watched him for a little while to comment so much about him when he didn't watch the team much with him on it, and now he's not on the team....strange.

I have a feeling that we are going to be seeing Grayson Allen, Jordan Goodwin and Yuta Watanabe becoming fan favorites this year. They are going to be a real spark off the bench with their scoring and defense.

Each to their own on what makes them happy, but how happy did Ayton make you in that playoff run last season ?

I noticed that Allen is much much better than Landry Shamet.

Worse son-in-law though because he's already married

Grant Williams would plug in so perfectly here, he's a 24 year old PJ Tucker.

It's kind of ironic that this version of Grayson is basically the best case scenario they were hoping for when making the Shamet trade.

So what's his contract situation like for next year? Is he likely to be a long term Sun?

We have his Bird Rights so we can sign him for whatever we want after this season.

I would say $45M/3 years contract.

I canā€™t dislike him any more, Grayson Allen is a talented player who knows his true role on the court. I just despised his dirty tactics in college/NBA. But now Iā€™m a Grayson Allen fan until the day I die.

He's had some real dimey dimes as of late. The behind the head, one handed pass to Book for the 3 in the Orlando game was Nash-esque

Grayson Allen was 5/5 from deep tonight on passes from Bradley Beal.

Allen has made exactly half (49/98) of his shots from 3 on passes from the Suns Big 3 (Booker, Durant & Beal).

Are there complications to resign him if he gets 15M+ offers ?

TBH - I think it would suck to let him go, but if we can get Tyus Jones for him, I would be onboard. We need a PG, and I think Tyus will help our team.

Allen is replaceable once we get healthy.

With Beal/Booker healthy, Allen is much more important than Tyus. We would be trading an elite role player that fits perfectly in the starting lineup for a backup pg. tyus is not starting.
