Cave are without two of their best players and are coming off a back to back game - a loss to the Nets who had only beaten the wizards in the past 17 games.

This is a must win. No excuses.

Weird loss to Brooklyn. In the Cavs last 4 they beat Boston without Mitchell, and Minnesota without Mitchell or Mobley. But they lost to the Hawks and Nets, also without Mitchell and Mobley.

We should win this one with those guys out and our big 3 healthy....along with Nurk's rebounding.

Would be nice to get this one with Boston and Milwaukee in 2 of our next 3. We do have Charlotte in a b2b after Boston, but that shouldn't be tough.

Then we have a few easy ones with Philly and Atlanta at home. We have had big problems with the Hawks, but that's mainly on the road and I think Trae is out for a while. And then Embiid is out. Philly is great with him but fairly bad without him.

Then in our last 12 games, 8 of them are road games.

We do have 2 against SA, and of course they already beat us twice in Phx....and these are both on the road and they've gotten MUCH better, and have played well lately even without Wemby.

After that every single one of our games the rest of the way are against the top 5 in the west (except 1 at Sac, who is only a half game behind us) or the top 2 in the east....with most on the road. The Mavs have one of the easiest schedules left too and the Lakers are surging, so it should get interesting.

I think we will be really tough though....so this final stretch should be interesting.

Are all of these guys hurt or is it something else? Seems like a big enough game for them to not want to miss so I'm guessing it's serious. Either way, as Gerth says, we need to take advantage. A loss tonight, to me, is absolutely unacceptable. Especially after how last game went.
Take tonight and going 3-1 in the stretch against Denver, Toronto, Boston, and Cleveland, is pretty damn good. In fact, if you told me we'd take 3 and only lose to Boston, I'd happily take it, knowing the one loss is the one win I really wanted most.

Anyone think it's a bit ridiculous that they waited until March for the Suns and C's to play each other?
Big matchup and they chose not to include them in our earlier eastern road trips. Just really odd.

I knew Garland would get in a zone. You can't give a good NBA player those type of wide open looks. That's how they get in a groove.

But playoffs are a whole different story they looked really bad last year versus the Knicks. They did have a nice pickup in Strus he’s an excellent shooter.

The Cavs are similar to the Pacers. These young, high energy teams give the Suns hell.

Suns playing like they're the team that are coming off the b2b, and cavs like they just had a couple of days of rest.

I ain’t afraid of them in the finals in a 7 game series the suns should run them out of the building. ;)
