Losing our Jokic stopper is the worst part really. Did the injury look bad?

Welp, looks like the time needs a miracle more than it needs “time”.

Nah this apology ain’t enough. Check the game threads back from November/December. You, sabestar, along with few other folks definitely gotta draft something much better than this.

If you (or anyone else for that matter) have been watching basketball long enough, you should know the difference between a team that needs time to click and will work eventually vs a team that sucks early and will suck later too. An example of the former would be the Heatles team in Miami in LeBron’s first season there…they had some dumb losses including a loss to the tanking Sixers. But the way they actually played, it was obvious it was going to work and just needed time.

An example of the latter is the current Suns.

One thing I won’t do is turn on Book. He’s not the reason we lost today. Grayson Allen got exploited a ton on defense today (usually pretty good). I have no idea how Eubanks continues to get minutes, he is lost on defense.

Book should definitely be a better leader and be more aggressive on offense. I trust him to make shots at the end, just didn’t fall for him. He put his team on his back all 4th and did all he could.

Frank Vogel should have been fired a long time ago.

Vogel sucks called it in the opening 10 games with our iso offense.

Jones sucks too for hiring Vogel with no PG.

Nah, Suns have had a lot of injuries. Writing off a team that early didn’t make sense to me (still doesn’t). I just happened to be wrong and I admit that. I stand by saying this Suns team have enough to win it all, don’t want to put an excuse on players because they ultimately are what decide the games but it’s clear the Suns have zero identity and that’s on the coaches imo.

It was a sprained ankle, looked just as bad as Booker's one.

Book missed about 2 weeks and Nurk is a bigger guy so I'll presume it'll take longer.

We won't see him until the play-in game I'm guessing. Might as well use this opportnity to give KD some rest as well, we aren't a legitimate threat for 6th seed anymore.

Very well said. When playoffs roll around we should be fine. That’s where the game slows down and the stupid silly turnovers disappear. Can you imagine what Book, KD, Beal will do on offense? How will other teams stop those three? Plus when you double team them that leaves Royce or Allen for a WIDE open three. Suns are basically on cruise control waiting for playoffs to begin. They could care less about the seedings.

If you still think that then you still haven’t learned your lesson. And there will be another apology coming from you in April either this year or April of next year when the team fails again with another coach.

All they showed us tonight was that there is really no need to go out of our way to watch them anymore. If they win, well, great. If they lose, well, who cares? They certainly don't. You can't lose this game at this point in the season. Eff around and find out attitude way too much this year. I have said this before over the last few seasons, but if I feel like I care more than they do, something is really wrong with this equation.

Appreciate this forum, though.

I'd say tank for the 10th seed, we've got enough of a buffer against GSW/Houston that I don't think we can fall to the 11th seed.

Rest KD, rest Book.

If I think what? That the Suns have the players to compete for a title? They do. There’s a reason why all of us are so pissed and why there were so many high expectations for this team..

They really don't though. Sure, they are talented, but they don't fit and lack intangibles, leadership and defense. Putting all the blame on the coaches is kind of unfair. Everybody's responsible but this started at the top with idiotic decisions.

I definitely had hope we'd iron things out back in November, but I've been pretty vocal about this team not being built to win anything since December lol
