Are they bad? I typically only listen to the opposing team announcers if we don't have EJ.

Most other fans complain about EJ's homerism as well.

I like EJ. Although to me the best combo is Leander/Eddie Johnson.

I mean all commentators are homers, but I don't think EJ is nearly as bad as others.

the difference is EJ gives the other team credit when it's due.

In his last 5 games, he has 7-8, this 6-6 and one 4-7. Sometimes he takes less, but I really just think he takes what the defense gives him. He was overpassing some when I thought he was open earlier, but I think he has stopped doing that for the most part.

No disrespect to the Wolves, but this is definitely the team I think the Suns want to face in the 1st round.

Oh yeah it definitely will be a tough playoff series.

The year we got humiliated by the Mavericks in the playoffs, I think the Suns had swept Dallas in the reg season iirc.

Towns and Gobert are gonna kill them on the glass and Suns are a very small team that’s gonna get tested each game.

But I'm talking like fouls that were blatantly on the other team, they were always arguing no way or a non foul was a definite foul. I remember one of them was a woman....and she was the main one. Maybe it wasn't OKC since they killed us. Maybe it was Minny.

EJ is somewhat fair.

We were incorporating a complely new roster and had Booker and Beal adjusting and figuring out new roles. On top of that our big 3 didn't play a single game together until like the last week of 2023.

People were way too harsh on Beal, way too early. We gave up Paul and freaking Shamet for the guy.

Suns may as well stay in Minnesota instead of going back to Phoenix lol. Rent out a basketball court here for practices and stuff.

We are just a hot and cold team. Beal has looked great lately though which is good. It makes us a lot harder to guard if all of our scorers are aggressive at times.

But we have to stay focused on defense and take care of the ball.

Beal is gonna be hungry. He's been to the playoffs 5 times but never with a team with nearly as much talent as this, and he certainly knows you can't take team's lightly.

Honestly about as much as we could've hoped for given how the season went. Main guys healthy, avoided the play in, and a decent first round matchup (all teams are tough in the west but avoiding okc/clips is nice)

Didn't we also sweep the Bucks? I know it's only 2 games, but still.

We can't ask for a better situation going to the playoffs. 6th seed avoiding the Play-in and with a fully healthy roster.
