Man these fight night cards really fall off a cliff after the first couple of match-ups. Why don't they combine a couple of them?

I'd be in favor of that, and having all no-names on the fightpass events, but they want headliners for them.

There are two wangs and one wee on this card.

LOVE the early starts though. I wanna move to Asia just so I can watch MMA on Saturday mornings.

Cung Le has a way-improved physique since the the Franklin fight...at 42.

Stann tweeting basically outright calling Le a cheater. That seems out of line to me.

Change his nickname to The Body Count! His total stands at one (42-year old shrimp who may or may not be on trt).

I guess that's why DHK lays and prays. When he tries to strike with the good strikers in the division he gets hurt and beaten. So wide and wild with little setup. Actually, he recklessly lunges and doesn't use setups with a lot of td attempts too. His biggest problem is he struggles to find a happy medium between striking and wrestling.

I'm not interested in the technicality of whether Woodley hit DHK in the back of the head or not. He turned into it regardless.

Main event was a lot of fun to watch. Hope that Bisping vs. Rockhold fight gets made. Was also thinking that Bisping vs. Mousasi could be very good.

Cung's face was about as beat up as anyone I've ever seen. Still didn't get a "this guy needs to hang em up" vibe from his performance though. He's also not so big a star that it would seem ridiculous for him to fight a guy outside the top 15-20.

Was reading that the UFC removed a judge after the first two fights. Interesting precedent set there.

Fighters hear things from other camps, man. You can't cover up from your own team of coaches (who might need to actually know explicitly) and close teammates, esp when things are super conspicuous. Stann might well have information. Also, he might just recognize the sure-signs...having been in the military (where testosterone is outright offered) and having trained (he still trains, evidently).

The point being, he might know for absolute sure.

Another pointless fight for Bisping, TBH. They should have had him up against Rockhold instead.

Someone was bound to lay out DHK eventually. Even in that Silva fight, he was getting tagged with big shots prior to the KO. Kim is just reckless in general. No surprise seeing Woodley put him away early.

I'm in the military and I've never been offered testosterone. I know that guys who aren't careful taking supplements fail drug tests because they don't bother to check if there are any banned supplements. I don't think having a bunch of guys jacked up on testosterone would be the best for discipline and mission accomplishment.

I didn't and won't watch this event, but DHK is probably on top 30-50 grappler on this planet who feels the need to bang with bros because of what the ufc is turning into. Its kind of a sad thing to me.

Why? Spitsbing was coming off a loss and was 2-3 in his last 5. Rockhold in contrast has looked good lately.

They may do that fight now though, for sure.

RE: Bisping and his place in the division.

He's 11-5 at MW, without a real big win to hang his hat on. Not exactly a juggernaut.

But look at those 5 losses. Kennedy, Belfort, Sonnen, Wandy, Hendo. 4 of those 5 guys have something in common. He doesn't get those losses back, since all those guys satisfied whatever drug requirements there were at the time, but going forward, he may fare a little better in the post-TRT era.
