UFC/Reebok won't let CroCop have his checkerboard design on his shorts.

What a crime.

That is BS. There is no reason they can't make a Reebok version of his old design and sell that garbage just like the sell the regular bland garbage.

I thought part of the Reebok deal was that fighters would have some level of customisation on their shorts. I guess they are going full generic because they don't have the budget to design slightly personalised shorts.

Reminds me of those stick figure sex position shirts that were a huge hit in Myrtle Beach's 1997 summer season.

Anyways if it's complain about UFC/Reebok time...

Soccer star Ronaldo cuts ties with UFC fighters following ‘unfair’ Reebok deal

One of the biggest sports marketing companies in Brazil has cut ties with UFC stars due to the Reebok deal.

Owned by former soccer star Ronaldo Nazario de Lima, 9ine Sports & Entertainment announced Tuesday that they will no longer work with former UFC champions Junior dos Santos and Vitor Belfort. 9ine has also worked with Anderson Silva for three years.

In an official statement, Ronaldo’s agency called the Reebok deal "unfair" to athletes, stating that the former soccer player "does not tolerate seeing an organization change its sponsorship funding rules and fighter remuneration -- arbitrarily -- without taking a stand."

Bold mine. A little surprised no one sued over that, because the UFC is basically a monopsony.

After earlier wardrobe malfunction, Miesha Tate 'doubled-up' on Reebok sports bra

When Miesha Tate heard about a wardrobe malfunction earlier in the night at UFC on FOX 16, she decided to take a safety precaution.

At this past Saturday’s event in Chicago, Elizabeth Phillips (5-3 MMA, 1-2 UFC) picked up a victory over fellow bantamweight Jessamyn Duke (3-3 MMA, 1-3 UFC). However, social media was quickly flush with screen grabs and video clips after Phillips’ breast was briefly exposed during a scramble.

Prior to the night’s co-headliner, in which Tate (17-5 MMA, 4-2 UFC) picked up an impressive decision victory over fellow contender Jessica Eye (11-3 MMA, 1-2 UFC), “Cupcake” heard the buzz.

“I doubled-up after I saw that,” Tate said during a recent in-studio MMAjunkie Radio appearance. “I didn’t see it, but I heard about it. I was like, ‘I’m putting on another sports bra, and I don’t care.’ It was a Reebok (sports bra), but it wasn’t part of the uniform.

“I was like, ‘I don’t care. I’m putting it on. You can’t make me go out there after seeing that fight – with just one (sports bra) on.’ I doubled up.”

I have been loling for a minute straight. Please God tell me someone from Reebok has explained what those figures are doing. Is it some sort of Cubist multiple perspective thing? Cos that don't work in any reality I know.

After a few minutes of study, I've narrowed it down to two possibilities:
1) A grandmaster sensei is performing the mystical dim mak, using his elbow on the inside of his opponent's arm.
2) Its a game of pick-up-sticks.

Also, why are both fighters wearing identical red gloves and shorts?

The one thing that is weird is that when I think back on all the greatest bjj matches in history...Royce/Wallid, Roger/Jacare, Rodolfo/Buchecha...I don't think I've ever seen the position on that shirt before.

Odd.

Let's be honest, most bjj reduced to stick figures is gonna look like two dudes ****. In full 3d fidelity, I have my suspicions on what's really going on.

That's my theory. The poses given those two figures are the furthest from it looking like they're screwing face or ass.

Apparently these hot piles of doo-doo is all UFC. This is not a Reebok product.

The guy on the left is pulling off the often illusive break dance belly punch submission.
