AEW's next big signing?

Post#1 » by Lawrey12 » Thu Oct 24, 2019 11:11 am

Assuming CM Punk is out of the question (although I really hope he's not), who will be AEW's next big addition to the roster?

For me, I hope they can get Jay Lethal. I think he has the charisma and personality to be an asset to the upstart organization whilst still having the in-ring skills to uphold the company's values.

Thoughts on who AEW should target to try and compete with, as Cody would say, "the other place"?

Like Jay Lethal. Good one.

Mike Bennette would be a good pick up also.

Jay Lethal is a really good one.

Not a big name, but I'd like to see Killer Kross in AEW?

Killer Kross is awesome he should def be a priority!

I'll guess Luke Harper as the next " big" cross over.

In terms of the most recent signing, I have to say I was skeptical about them adding Tazz to the commentary team but I was pleasantly surprised by the chemistry he and Excalibur had on AEW Dark. I'm not a huge fan of Excalibur and was never a fan of Tazz during his WWE run but they played off each other nicely and added to the program really well!

If Lethal gets signed does he get shot straight to the top of the card?

after what he did to Moses Moody's name, I got DJ K. Perk in a Verzuz battle against ANYBODY

Rusev or Zayn i think as 'big' signings.

Marty Scurll is a big signing but that seems obvious (unless WWE offer him like 1 mill per year + just to stay away from AEW).

Good question. I more so want to see his money impressions than anything else if I'm being honest
