I don’t understand how the beam works. Will it still be lit throughout the entire game 2?

So I have a question fellas.

Is it too early to be concerned about Sabonis offensively this series?

When he gets going it makes just about everything else offensively easier.

I've given Monk a lot of grief, but he has a bit of that same clutch gene Fox does of rising to the occasion

That was greatness

And to do it when so much of our starting lineup laid an egg

Great

The dubs game plan is to take away the Kings offensive hub. Not a bad game plan, that's what I would do. It is concerning for sure.

Sabonis found himself multiple times with his defender sagging off. I need to see him knock down that mad range jumper.

Len was great in his minutes. Props to you for calling this one.

I know I wouldn't have liked him matching up on Kuminga (it wasn't for long, but still) however he didn't just hold his own, he made an impact.

Best game I’ve ever attended. My goodness the atmosphere was electric. We were all so loud, and I now have no voice. We lit the beam, boys. Let’s do it again!

Fantastic effort, Fox and Monk covered for Murray and Huerter. Winning this series is a big ask, yet last night was great for the fans.

Special props to Fox though as a long term critic. But even I've said, when motivated, his game is paralleled by few, and as I said pre-series, I hope to expect that for the playoffs. He seems like a player born for the playoffs

I don’t know about all of you but considering that 3/5 of the starting lineup laid an egg and the dubs basically showed you what they have against another playoff caliber team, I’m feeling really good about things.

I would say that it is absolutely imperative to hold serve here at home and not allow them to steal game two. Getting them down 2-0 would be huge. It allows a cushion and lets us be more selective about whether we go hard after game 3 or 4 there. I do feel we need to do that though. We need to take one in Chase.

My prediction pre series was Kings in six taking games 1, 2, 4 and 6 and I am sticking to that.

Losing game 2 would definitely make me nervous. Stealing game 3 or 4 to go up 3-1 would have me feeling real nice.

Congrats Kings fans. That was about the most entertaining playoff game I can remember in quite a while.

And that home crowd, legit gave me chills. It reminded me so much of the energy at OKC during our Durant heyday.

Yes, this team has a much better chance against the Warriors than the Lakers IMO, who I least wanted (and maybe the Kings FO). Lakers will make work of the Grizzlies, specially without Morant. With role players like Rui/Reaves/Schroder etc, around a healthy Lebron/AD, they behind the Suns might be the team to look for. But the Kings offense has a shot against the falling Warriors defense which was little below average this season from the good defense they had always been, and the Kings matchup with them in areas they might not with a healthy lakers

Our second to last game not playing the starters when we were still in position for the 2nd seed pushed the Lakers back and gave us a firm chance of going up against the Clippers as well had they chosen not to beat the Suns with their starters. Its still in question why management did this, for purposes of the team or in who they would face

If someone had told me Sabonis/Murray/Heurter would combine 9/34 I would have thought Warriors by 20+

It gives confidence moving forward. Obviously you don't expect Fox to go 4/8 from deep again, but his confidence would be sky high right now.
