Kings (34-25) vs Bulls (28-32)

Post#1 » by codydaze » Tue Mar 5, 2024 3:13 am

Fox is back in action as we host the Bulls. We had a lot of things go our way regarding the standings this weekend so now it's time to capitalize.

14 point lead after one quarter. Let's keep this going and have an easy, wire to wire win.

I know it’s against the Bulls but the Kings playing with a lot more focus than usual. Their intensity is higher than their baseline too.

The players only meeting seems to work so far.

Pulling away in the third quarter, let's be sure not to let this lead slip

This is really pathetic, outscored 34-18 in the fourth quarter at home, with 9 turnovers from Fox and Sabonis

The Sacramento Kings once again decide that winning is only one option.

worst loss of the season.
Idc what Sabonis stat line was, he was awful and selfish and getting owned down low.
Everyone balls shrunk when the came was on the line and refused to do a damn thing.
Fox needed to take this one over and he didn't with his scoring. He tried to make plays and his team repeatedly sold on wide open looks.
Barnes can't defend anything.

Most frustrating season in my 32 years on this planet and i suffered thru some terrible seasons. What a pathetic team

Outrebound the Bulls 51-32, make FT's for once, and manage to find a new way to lose...

Mike Brown has some grace still from last year but at some point the magnifying glass is gonna be on him. Some of his decisions regarding rotations make no sense to me.

How does a team score 38 points in 2 quarters of play and you still come away thinking they should have won by double digits easily?

This team will continue to suck as long as 60% of your starters can't get double digit shots and 20% of the other can't shoot outside of 5 feet.

The worst part is the effort was there. Won the possession game.
But 2 things.
* 17 turnovers
* Coby and DDR combining for 24/31

I didn't want him at first. Garbage coach with a bad track record. He bought a little respect from me last year, and then made some mind boggling decisions in the playoffs (TD on curry game 7, refusal to put Lyles at backup center, stuck with Sabonis/Huerter too much). I'm thankful for the playoffs, but Jordy should get promoted next year

Didn’t like Fox’s comment in the post game interview.
