I'm watching this kid he's 6'8 can handle and shoot. The only real weakness I see his game is explosion, but 2 of the top 3 players in basketball play under the rim with Jokic and Luka.

What am I missing with George?

He was literally a non factor at Miami. I watched a bunch of their games since they supposedly had 3 top 10 prospects. Cam Reddish vibes for sure

no, Bol Bol was a freak, he averaged 21/10/3 as a freshmen. not sure how many other freshmen ever averaged these numbers (albeit small sample size)

not sure what that has to do with anything

I used Bol Bol as a comparison because Bol Bol should be a superstar based on his tools and skills and instead he's a fringe NBA player because he refuses to play hard or work out, lol.

He averaged 21/10/3 while putting in zero effort and scouts were a lot more concerned about the zero effort part, he dropped to the mid second round, and proved none of them wrong.

Didn’t Bol Bol play like 5 games? Lol

i don't see how because one player's work ethnic concerns turned out to be legit would have anything to do with Ware

Dillon Jones looks interesting. He has lead guard skills with the physical strength of a big man, and a high quality wingspan that allows him to get steals.

I kind of like Ware for Memphis even though I'm not a huge Ware believer. I feel like every time I make an effort to watch him he just plays terribly.

Tidjane Salaun made his best game last night against the best French team (Paris, winner of the Eurocup) scoring 19 points en 25 minutes. It was the first game of the play-offs so it's a decisive performance
He was everywhere hustling for every ball, shooting at all the distance, dunking everything.
Still raw but really impressive showing, the upside is huge. He looks like wing in a center's body.

How do people rate these 3 prospects in general and against each other:
- Karaban
- Scheierman
- Sandfort

I only just found out two days ago that my home country of The Netherlands has a prospect in this year's draft (technically two with WVU/formerly Syracuse's Jesse Edwards, but I doubt he makes anything more than a summer league roster). Quinten Post, a senior from Boston College. I noticed him in the Ringer's draft guide. Seems like a stretch big who can defend some inside as well. He measured very well at the combine from what I read; 7' barefoot, 245 pounds, 7'2.5" wingspan, 9'4" reach. Though he might be too stiff for the nba, I don't know. I will be watching if he goes in the second round, and his further progress; it's been like 10+ years since we had anyone drafted, as far as I know. Does anyone know anything more about him or have an opinion?

I could see Post finding a role as a Muscala type specialist 3rd string C. But dont see him getting drafted.

His shooting splits for a true 7 footer are incredible though.

Jazz could be interested in Salaun at #10. Otherwise, Jazz are looking at Knecht and whomever falls between Cody Williams and Ron Holland.

He’s got a great shot and decent feel for the game. I’m an ACC fan and he always impressed me. Defense is obviously a big issue but as a 3rd big to run pick and pop and give your team some space, could be valuable. Late 2nd rounder

I have a feeling Spurs are going to take Salaun if he's there at 8. I just feel like they're definitely taking a Frenchie with one of their two picks, assuming neither of them are traded

I’m a big Dillon Jones fan. To me, clearly looks like a long term NBA roll player on a good team. High level rebounding, makes the smart pass, and plays solid defense.

Higher ceiling but less of a safe bet than Risacher. Also more of a 4/3, eventually I think.

He's more raw, though, so while we may like his upside, we surely will draft / acquire at least one player who is ready to plug and play.

It's not a secret 1 and 3 are needs. Can't see us using raw rookies as starters for both.

He can do so many things, so it can be easier to get a guy like this on the floor. His passing ability will allow him to play with elite NBA talent right away. His weight, appears to be good weight, not fat. He could probably increase his lift by dropping 20lbs. He lacks vertical explosion, his long arms compensate a little.

Paolo could create off the dribble. That's the one thing everyone is hoping Salaun can develop.

This draft class is severally underwhelming. Edey is my #1 and I think he's a 6th man for the most part. Risacher is #2 and I see zero all star upside. Kolek is in my top 10. Knecht in my top 5.

I am over the class. I see a lot of Gleaguers. Nearly, everyone.

There isn't one OAD outside of Risacher that doesn't have decent bust potential. Then you got guys like Sarr with astronomical bust potential.

Edey - Jalen Brunson/IT0, obviously not direct but i see similar roles in regards to how they are used.

Risacher- Otto Porter Jr. If he hits, Tayshaun Prince if he doesn't

2. Knecht - Dan Majerle if he hits.

2. Shannon Jr. - Mitch Richmond if he hits

2. Kolek - Jalen Brunson, less shooting and scoring, more playmaking and screening.

2. Clingan - Cody Kessler, less defense more offense.

7. Sheppard- I love his upside but floor has to be higher. I see Mark Price with Caruso shades if he hits.

7. Sarr - his defense is legit and special. His offense is bad. I think Anthony Randolph, Marquese Chriss, and Jon Bender were all better offensive players and they all busted.

7. Collier - Shades of Baron Davis

7. Dillingham- Brandon Jennings with more height. Probably the only starter in this class outside of Risacher in the ideal situation, day 1.

I don't like this draft.
