Updated from the last three months of stuff.

Jonas Valanciunas-Ed Davis (Stronger intangibles, much better foul shooter, far more likely to put on weight needed to become post presence)

Kyrie Irving-Devin Harris (Better shooter)

Derrick Williams-Paul Millsap

Jan Vesely-Smarter Tyrus Thomas

Perry Jones III-Tim Thomas

Brandon Knight-Derek Fisher

Donatas Motiejunas-Lazy Pau Gasol on offense, worst player ever on defense

Alec Burks-Evan Turner (Much better athleticism and atittude, far worse defense and work ethic)

Terrence Jones-Andray Blatche

Kemba Walker-Homeless Man's Derrick Rose

Decent comps.

For Alec Burks, I'd probably go with Larry Hughes. Don't ask me why, he just reminds me of him.

For Derrick Williams, sometimes I see David West, other times I see a poor man's Paul Pierce when he's out on the perimeter (3pt line extended), minus the ballhandling of course.

Can only comment on the guys I have actually seen play on more than one occasion. Therefore:

Jonas Valanciunas: Never seen him outside of YouTube highlights.
Kyrie Irving: Chris Paul on Valium
Derrick Williams: A much higher BBIQ Hakim Warrick
Jan Vesely: Never seen him outside of YouTube highlights.
Perry Jones III: Austin Daye
Brandon Knight: Brandon Jennings
Donatas Motiejunas-Lazy: Never seen him outside of YouTube highlights.
Alec Burks: Kevin Martin
Terrence Jones: I'm stealing yours Jazzfan12!! I think that Andray Blatche is a great fit.
Kemba Walker: TJ Ford with a slightly better jump shot.

And some more................

Tristan Thompson: Ed Davis
Jordan Williams: Carlos Boozer
David Lighty: Larry Hughes
Harrison Barnes: Paul Pierce
Jared Sullinger: DeMarcus Cousins (with a good head on his shoulders)
Kendall Marshall: Jason Kidd
John Henson: A higher BBIQ Chris Andersen
Renardo Sidney: Eddy Curry
Dee Bost: Brandon Jennings
Jordan Hamilton: Danny Granger

Klay Thompson - Mike Miller/Derek Anderson

Brandon Knight - Better scoring, more out of control Kirk Hinrich

Kyrie Irving - Deron Williams

Harrison Barnes - 16ppg Shane Battier

Travis Leslie - Tony Allen or Shanon Brown upside with Hassan Adams as floor

Derrick Williams - A mix of David West with Amar'e's athleticism and Danny Granger

Alec Burks - Manu Ginobili if he pans out or James Harden, although we can't be sure what he'll be like in his prime, Larry Hughes if he can't "sacrifice" for the team

Tristan Thompson - LMA meets Thad Young

Kemba Walker - Inefficient Damon Stoudamire

Jarred Sullinger - In between Luis Scola and Carlos Boozer, worse defense then both

Terrence Jones - Blackhole version of Josh Smith

Scotty Hopson - Matt Barnes

Nolan Smith - More accurate Randy Foye

Justin Harper - Donte Greene

Tyler Honeycutt - More athletic Tayshaun Prince

David Lighty - Taller Charlie Bell-ish

Jeff Taylor - Somewhere between Wilson Chandler and Richard Jefferson

Jordan Hamilton - Prime Rashard Lewis

Marcus Morris - Poor man's tweener Melo

Irving - Stephen Curry with better D
Barnes - Luol Deng
Derrick Williams - Beasley's best-case scenario
Perry Jones - Rashard Lewis (from the Sonics days) with better handles/playmaking
Kanter - Bigger, stronger Greg Monroe
Valanciunas - center-sized version of Ed Davis/Amir Johnson
Brandon Knight - Eric Gordon-lite
Motiejunas - Bargnani
Terrence Jones - Marvin Williams

For the most part, these are exceptionally terrible comparisons.

Kyrie Irving: I don't think he compares well to anyone currently in the league
Derrick Williams: Hakim Warrick with a jump shot
Brandon Knight: Rich man's Kyle Weaver
Alec Burks: I am stealing the Hughes comparison
Terrence Jones: Blatche/Odom
Kemba Walker: Ty Lawson
Harrison Barnes: Late career Paul Pierce/Corey Maggette without the bad habits
John Henson: Jeremy Evans

A few players I've seen enough to make my best guess:

Kemba Walker - Will Bynum
Derrick Williams - Michael Beasley (on his best behavior)
Alec Burks - Larry Hughes
Harrison Barnes - Mike Miller/Shane Battier mix (prime)
Brandon Knight - Shannon Brown/Eric Gordon
Terrence Jones - Wilson Chandler
Kyrie Irving - Chris Paul (though not as good)
Nolan Smith - David Wesley
Kyle Singler - Adam Morrison
Jimmer Fredette - Eddie House/Stephen Curry (worst/best case)

Tristan Thompson - Serge Ibaka except replace the jumpshot with nice handles and footwork.

Very similar motor and athleticism on defense. Thompson may not be quite as good at blocking shots but is better at defending the perimeter and PnR. Offensively they have the same potential, but different missing pieces. Ibaka has that nice 15 footer but is missing post moves and handles, Thompson has great footwork and handling but can't hit shots outside of 2 feet. Both will dunk on anyone at anytime.

Jordan Hamilton - Granger with less discipline and motor.

Perry Jones - Anthony Randolph. Skills look good individually but doesn't add up on the court.

Morris Twins - David West. I actually like Markieff more because I think the defense/rebounding motor is more valuable and less teachable for big guys,

Kemba Walker - Monta Ellis

Josh Selby - Bayless, I don't think he'll really make it.

Sullinger - Boozer.

Has there been a prospect that you haven't compared to Rashard Lewis?

Try Again
And why do you keep saying inefficient Damon Stoudemire? Is it supposed to be a joke like fat Glen Davis or Kwame Brown with bad hands?
