Mouhammadou Jaiteh

6-10 C from France, he will turn 18 in two weeks and is currently making noise in the 2nd domestic division as he has been dominant in his first pro season. The French 2nd division is not a good league but still his numbers there in his first 7 games are impressive: 13.1 ppg (36/60 FG, 20/26 FT) 9.6 rpg, 0.6 apg, 1.0 spg, 1.0 bpg in 26 mpg.

No one really expected he'd be that good early, though he has a good skillset for his age and a nice body he can fill up when he gets older. He likely will declare in 2014 but this may change if he continues to perform and he has credible offers this year. He will also draw heavy interest in Europe if his NBA plans don't pan out

He's a beast at his age, already an NBA body. He's got great length (7'5 winspan), a big frame with wide shoulders, good touch and mobility. Terrific rebounder
He needs to improve his back to basket moves and agressiveness, but he's a major prospect, one of the most advanced big men ever seen in France. His learning curve is impessive, he started basketball only four years ago

Another monster game from the young big man : 33pt/18rb against Rouen. Mam' Jaiteh is the best rebounder of the French second division, it's awesome :o Today is his birthdate, he's just 18 years old now
Jaiteh is relatively unknown outside of France but he could be lottery pick in 2014 or 2015 NBA draft if he continues to improve the way he does

He's officaly measured at 6'11 with a 7'4 wingspan at Nike Hoop Summit today, at the age of 18. He was measured 6'10 with french NT last summer so he is still growing. He will probably reach the 7 feet height in the next few years.
Draft sites said he was undersized at the center position, because he was listed 6'9 without any update.

With his impressive frame, length, his rebounding skills and solid touch around the rim at such a young age, this player is definitely a prospect to look for, even if he lacks elite athleticism

He's really strong, he isnt a quick leaper, but he's smart a know how to use his frame.

Reminds me of Okafor, probably deserve a top20 pick, if he keeps growing watch out, he needs to work in his lower body strenght and improve his leaping ability.
