A quick glance at the draft board and I can see a trade with the Cavs and the Thunder shaping up.
Trade its 19th pick and var for an upgraded center like Tyson Chandler, Cousins, etc. Trade its 1st for Thunders' 3 picks before 33.
Noel has had 2 knees injuries in the past year. He's a bust waiting to happen...

19th pick and Var? Varajeo was pretty good this year until he got injured.

Yes Var and 19th pick. I imagine some teams would bite at this, especially the Knicks who should get younger.
