Is this kid really a late lottery talent in 2015?

Givony has him above Harrisons, LeVert, Selden and right there with Hollis-Jefferson and Oubre but below Hezonja.

Had a few big outings at the Albert Schweitzer Tournament but that is the same tourney 3 * Ethan Happ put up Marc Gasol stat-lines, so I question the competition.

On a (rather) weak draft class he could be in the lottery, but probably more like a late first to early 2nd talent. He's sort of a taller and less explosive Bellinelli, not always consistent but when he's on he can score in bunches.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.
