I think his ceiling is a Jason Kidd with Tony Parker offense.
Rondo I think is his floor.

Ultra high floor and ultra high ceiling.
That's #1 overall stuff right there.

Larry Hughes with Andre Miller's passing ability.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

Re: Elfrid Payton
I think the most likely scenario is that he is a bust and either out of the association or permanently affixed to the bench in three or four years. Players that shoot as poorly has Payton don't usually become good shooters. Rondo is his realistic upside but, if like most people, he fall short of his potential he is unlikely to be useful to an NBA team.

I'd say he is Ramon Sessions with good defense. Which is a very good player.

Re: Elfrid Payton
Impressively Payton is a worse shooter than Sessions was in school. In college Sessions shot 31% 3pt and 74% FT while Payton was just 27% 3pt and 61% FT. Other than Rondo is there any other guard who shot as poorly as Payton and went on to have a good career? I don't like the idea of picking a player and needing him to make history in order to have a good career.
