Kyle Anderson already has two great mentors. Pop and Diaw. Spurs do it again.

Huestis is a very nice pick in the late first. He'll be a good defender right away and has the potential to be an elite role-player, a Battier level. Very smart, high character, kid with great athletic tools.

that they could have gotten in the 2nd round

We don't have any 2nd rounders.

getting second rounders is not an issue. philly has 5...dont think theyd part with one for 3 mill? easily

Can ESPN stop talking about Cleyathony Early? Let the draft play it self out instead of playing GM.

Early is pretty much a finished product. He's not great at anything but does a little bit of everything. Could have a long NBA career but he'll be closer to Chris Douglas Roberts than an impact player.

Presti almost always buys one, but there's probably another player he's wanting. In the end he was probably going to have to reach for one guy or another.

I'm waiting for Bucher's tweet about how he'd actually take Lowry over LeBron.

Early's skill set isn't the flavour of the month. He's a bit of an all-rounder, and the Spurs are the case study for putting a team of specialists around your stars, not guys who are "a little bit good at everything, but not awesome at any one thing". I can't help but like Early, but this bodes poorly for him.

Nothing like CDR. Played big man in college and could be an undersized 4.

Great pick by the 76ers.

KJ McDaniels should be a borderline lottery pick. Shut down wing defender and good complimentary offensive player.

Could have said basically the same for Inglis and the Bucks. Except McDaniels is a more mature player. Inglis needs good coaching and mentoring - perhaps they should consider bringing him over right away.

Did you watch him? I had front row seats. He isn't big enough to bang with NBA 4's, his skill set inside was nice in college but doesn't translate to the NBA. He's a 3 at this level and not even particularly big for that. He has a solid all around game, may be able to post some other backup threes but will look better getting open shots and driving off the perimeter.

Cleyanthony Early to the Knicks? Maybe in the past. But who know what Phil will do.

I have to say Bruno Cabalo was no where on my Radar.
What do Toronto fans think of that pick?
