he's not/shouldn't be a full-time PG first and foremost.

Payton
Micic
Napier

you might be able to REACH for 1 of the first 2 names listed with the 12th pick

sidenote: I think Exum will eventually settle into playing the 1 but he needs to work on that left hand something fierce.

Smart and Randle will be the two best players in the lotto. Not surprising perennial and historical successful franchises selected them rather than...well, the magic.
