i dont think either are 1 and done. booker needs to get stronger and expand his off-the-bounce game. russell is thin too. needs to get stronger and learn to play with more urgency defensively.

booker's the better pure shooter, especially from standstill. russell's a bit better creating his own shot and shooting off the bounce.

i think russell has a higher ceiling because of his playmaking and ability to run the point for some stretches. he's a really good passer and already runs PnR well.
