If he could shoot he would be very valuable. As good as someone is defensively and at the little things, it's tough to be out on the floor if you have zero offensive game. If he could develop a good three point shot, he would be very valuable.
Shooting is about 20% of winning basketball. I would say guys that are good shooters have a hard time getting on the floor if they don't do the little things. D- League and Over-seas are full of guys that were great shooters. RHJ does so much well. he is one of my favorite players in this draft. not top 10 or anything but I think he should go top 15.
I agree that shooting is the least valuable quality, but if you can't do it at all, it's tough to be a basketball player in the nba. I am a Cats fan and love Rondae but he NEEDS to, at a minimum, have some sort of offensive game or he won't make it. He was extremely important as a Wildcat. If he can't shoot, his best bet is a Tony Allen type of player, which one team had for a while or a PJ Tucker guy, which a non playoff team starts and he IS a decent shooter. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy...one of my favorite AZ players...he has a place in the nba but unless he learns to generate some sort of offense, he will be an end of the line role player at best.
