I mean, he currently does nothing well enough to play for a real team and the major issue is that there's no reason to believe he'll mature fast enough to work on all the things he's terrible at.

He is 71% def epm so Idk if you can say he does nothing but score.

Would you say that he is better than Grady Dick who was picked in the lottery? Because obviously, you don't know enough about GG's game to make such an ill informed comment.

LOL what does that even mean, GG will be in our rotation next year and has shown plenty that he can create offense and more importantly play a complementary role as a spot shooter. Watch the games before making such silly assessments. Not to mention he is also a solid defender and good rebounder when played at the 4.

Memphis will be scary good next season. They will get another quality piece in the lottery this year.

They have been great at drafting as of late.

I think he has the tools but if he is it would be down the road because he’s gonna be a complimentary guy to Ja Des and JJJ for a while. He’s exactly what we have been needing though, a big perimeter bucket.
He doesn’t distribute or do much on d but that’s all we need from him. I can see like 17 5 and 1 as a role scorer for a while

Even the worst drafts typically have 3-4 allstars. I would be pretty shocked if 1 or 2 guys in the top 5-6 of the 2024 draft don't reach that level.
