Ya before I posted this I looked at a few different tweets that were announcing the portal. Because I was pretty surprised he wasnt at minimum entering the draft and portal.

I hope all these Kentucky guys don't just transfer to Arkansas and create the same over-crowded problem/situation as normal. They probably will though.

I hope all these Kentucky guys don't just transfer to Arkansas and create the same over-crowded problem/situation as normal. They probably will though.

Well at least Bradshaw is going elsewhere and from what it sounds like, Wagner has more of an open recruitment. I do believe all the incoming freshmen are for sure following him.

I think the reason Calipari started Wagner over Sheppard and Dillingham (besides slightly better on-ball defense) was because Calipari knew he was leaving and Wagner would follow him. If Wagner goes elsewhere I'll be proven wrong but I just think he was preemptively rewarding him for his loyalty. Same with Ivisic (who we know is going to Arkansas) when we saw him playing over Bradshaw. Wagner was the big "get" and Calipari had to reward him with the starting job despite it being obvious he should have been the one coming off the bench. And it probably cost them at least the chance to go further in the tournament.
