Think of it this way: imagine that a scout from a league better than the NBA looks at Zach Randolph's stats. Zach is a good, perhaps even great player who puts up similar numbers in the NBA, but not a dominant player. That's the impression I get when reading about Jawai.
Him and Pekovic grade out to about the same draft range anyway so it's really not much of an argument. My point was that dominating the NBL (which, thanks to the large number of Aussies on this board, we have a fair share to update us on it) shouldn't be the deciding factor in such an argument.
Cammo: I LOL'ed at the sight of Brian Butch's name. What a f**king waste.
ok first of the guy semed to be saying jawai didnt deserve to be in the 1st round at all,i think he does (though with recent aussie centre sucess i doubt he will)i believe that once hes fully fit and if hes used right Jawai could be a very ver good centre in the nba
im not saying that Pekovic wont im sure he might but too say hes better than Jawai without even seeing Jawai play and only looking at hes stats is just plain stupid
