i think +1 made things little too crowded, rest of the upgrades look good though.

The thinner post separators make a world of difference, and this Top 5 And1'd posts thing is only going to feed my vanity so thanks for that.
And I agree with above post that things are getting a little too dense

How can we view our 5 most and-1'd posts in profile? I tried looking but couldn't find them.

Click on your name in a post, it'll open up your profile as seen by others

I think the highest I saw was 204, so you've got some work to do.

You can go to the UCP and disable Top And1 Links (+1). You can also disable team logos and And1 completely.

I changed the links at the top so we have My Profile (new link) and Preferences (was User Control Panel; then My Profile). I think it's easier to follow now.

I love that you brought back the ability to go through post history. I never understood why it was removed in the first place.
Keep up the good work, guys.

RealGM's gone crazy with metrics! Make it stop! We don't need this much innnffffffoooormaaaaaatiooooonnnnnn!
Those last 70 seconds, Randle in a nut shell.
Awful 2 for 1 3PT attempt when we are up 2
Doesn’t close out on Sabonis --> open 3
Takes another side step off balance 3
We got sucked into the Randle vortex where all good feelings go to die.

Thank you for that.
Wasn't a fan of seeing the +1 along side every thread title. Was too crowded for me.

Re: Additional Forum Upgrades
Thanks for looking to make the site better.
I see you have taken user input seriously.
So here is what I am noticing now. I can't easily see the time date because it is gray making it hard to see. When I am scanning multiple posts, one of the things I look for first is the time date information to identify new post. You last changes have made that harder.
So here is what you have now in the threads.
#322: Official Trade Thread - Part XXVII

The time and date and title of thread are GRAY making it hard to identify. The posters name is in color but I can already see who the poster because is displayed larger to the left so already have that information. Listed it twice isn't needed. And the combination of graying out the information I wont while coloring information I already have which makes reading what I want to see harder.
On the thread root, this is the current formatting

Of the two treatment, I like the second one better.
So for my eye to identify what I want to see, matching to this second format is better specially if the information I want to see isn't grayed out.
I would even consider something like this since the posters name is already listed in larger text over their icon.

Lastly, I would change back to time date stamping vs the today, yesterday and then eventually time date that you did in the last change. The today, yesterday stuff looks kind on interesting on a main forum page with lots of thread but inside a thread, not so much. Part of the problem is that the page needs refreshed for it to be accurate.
That my two cents for what it is worth.

Re: Additional Forum Upgrades
Just saw the new plus 1 thing under the thread posts count number.
Not a fan of it. If I go into a thread and read the posts, you can see what posts where and 1 by someone. That is where its useful. To be honest, I pay more attention to what is written, not who writes it. The content and message is whats important over the messenger. We have enough egos and people posturing without give them more fuel to side track conversations.
Just so you know, the format you had before was working fine. I know you are looking to freshen things up but there is an old saying.
If it isn't broke, don't fit it.
Along those lines. The PM was good where it used to be. You PM a user so PM should be next to their name and picture if they have one.
Team icons: They are kind of cool. not overly important but a nice splash of color and something this is interesting. But I would put them under the profile icon. They are like badges to who the poster is. They fit well under the posters image. Like badges on a shirt.

216. Epic trolling. Even mods had to and-1.

Re: Additional Forum Upgrades
i suggest reconsidering college team logos, top colleges have bigger fanbases than most pro franchises. probably too much work putting 300+ teams but having 100-150 major teams like in soccer category would be nice.

Maybe in the future people can request and submit a particular logo if their team isn't listed.
