Grr! Toronto keeps losing. They lost to Detroit tonight. We are not going to get that pick if they keep it up :noway:

There's only so many times they don't play healthy guys before league takes a look.

Plus Grizz and Nets lost, too.

Still lots of games left in the season.

They had like a 4 game lead over Memphis like 2 weeks ago :banghead:

I like Zach Edey though who is projecting around the top of the 2nd round so we can get him with that pick if they want. Maybe this isn't the draft to have 2 lottery picks.

Oh dear... The guy I thought they were stealth holding out actually lost his brother :banghead: my apologies and condolences. I wouldn't have been so flippant had I known of course. Feel really bad for him and their family.

Is Edey that hulking guy at Purdue? Didn't they just advance? Will have a chance to look at him.

Will also get that draft thread going soon.

Yes. You will see Edey a lot if they make a tournament run which they should. He is close to Wemby in height but he is a polar opposite of a player. He is a traditional back to the basket big man who can also shoot a three if necessary. Good rebounder. He is very fundamentally sound and the perfect contrast to Wemby which means he could take Collins spot at the 5 and let Wemby do his thing. He also has one thing that not one player on this roster has..... BBIQ!!!

Not sure if the Spurs feel this way about him but I love him as a player.

That's ok by me. There is nothing that will happen in the last few games anyway besides a long term injury. We know what he is now (and its not a PG  )

I'm guessing they will do the same with Wemby pretty soon if he has any type of injury at all.

We got guys like Barlow and Cissoko who we really need to take a good look at in the real season. Not summer league. let them play it out IMO.

I just want at least two more wins. That's it.

Wemby said he want to finish out the season so I expect that to happen. We have a much better shot at it with him of course.

Would love a longer look at both Dom and especially Sidy though. He's been cooking in Austin.

Yes he will probably finish it out but if he gets any little ankle turn or something they are going to shelve him I think.

IDK why we wouldnt want to see Cissoko and Barlow play some big minutes with some responsibilities. Let them loose. Have we not seen enough of Champaigne's nonsense?

Heck, get David Duke Jr up here too.

For sure. On GB there was minutes restriction-gate. Turns out it was the right call to ease him into his first NBA season. Now look at him!

As for Sidy et al, looks like Austin is playing their way into the playoffs so not sure when we'll get to see them play but hopefully soon!

Sidy's growing in confidence and game. Can't wait to see him with us!

p.s. Hey just found out we juuuust missed the POs with Austin so we will in fact get to see more of Dom, Sidy, and hopefully some other guys from our G-League team.
