Spurs win

Can definitely see it not being too easy, though. I've seen several games of Philly and they are a scrappy team, have some talent and a bunch of athletes.

Yeah man... no kidding.

At least I have the LSU championship to hold me over until the Spurs win the NBA championship.

PS. GO PACKERS (only team left that I give a rats hiney about... even though I really don't like them)

The Cowboys have only got 3 damn points in the 2nd half. Pathetic. At least we have the Spurs who can perform in the playoffs as of late.

We should win, I want to see how Iggy plays. I always liked how he played but recently there has been talks about that he doesn't like his teammates. Understandable. Who is their 2nd best player?

Did I read that correctly? Double tech on Horry? Anyone know what happened?

Our offense looks terrible.

Horry was jawing Reggie Evans, and both got T'ed up. Horry kept talking even after the T was given too.

Solid win

Not surprising Philly made it a game... until the last few minutes when Manu just went insane! 16 pts in the qtr. Four threes in those last minutes, and the last three of them in a row! Just awesome right there. During that run, on the other end, Tim just absolutely denied Dalembert, too. Also loved that one possession before all that, to make it 73-73, the ball movement from 4-5 players, and resulting with a Duncan jump hook in the middle of the lane. Nice execution.

Iguodala played pretty well from what I saw, over the last year and a half he's really improved his jumpshot in various forms. As well as a better off the dribble game. Always has had the athleticism, play-making, defensive skills. Got to blossom when AI was dealt, which was so nice to see considering the talent he has. Though even with the situation late there for him and the Sixers, it was just unecessary for him to bark at Manu like he did. Tim went over and told him about that.

Absolutely HORRIBLE game to watch until the last 5 minutes. Although this game was the game that finally made me realise what;s going on with us. We've turned into the 2001 Lakers. We're blatantly coasting each game. Our guys looked bored and lazy for most of the game then BANG with 5 minutes left they flicked a switch and Manu hits 4 3's, TD dominates on both ends of the floor and we win. I hope Pop shakes us up a bit we can't just switch it on every game we need to battle hard for 48 minutes not 5. Parker especialyl looks burnt out and bored out there. He's not really mentally in the game. Manu's finger is still bothering him alot. TD is the only one that is playing consistent right now.

I was actually thinking about that, a few days ago... being like the 2001 Lakers in the regular season or the Heat in 06... but I'm not so sure things will be like that yet. Maybe, but we'll see.

Either way, were making the playoffs :P

I don't think the Spurs are coasting intentionally, they're defense wouldn't be this good if that was the case, I just think offensively they're in a slump right now, good thing is that we have time to resolve the issue, but it's very limited this year with every team in the West playing out of their minds.

It took some Manu magic for us to pull out what can best be described as a frustrating win. A win is still a step in the right direction and can only build confidence.
