Oklahoma City Rustlers was the name I thought was appropriate as it fits the region and the act, but then I was struck with the idea of the Oklahoma City Greener Pastures.

Or maybe the Oklahoma City 45s to commemorate that they are the 45th largest market in the US. Only Memphis and New Orleans are smaller in terms of size to have an NBA team and both those franchises would be described as shaky.
